Participant Consent, Liability Waiver & Media Release

We, the parents/legal guardians of the above-named child, give permission for our child to participate in programs and activities organized by Blueclaws Baseball and the Blueclaws Foundation. By registering, we agree to release and waive liability for Blueclaws Baseball, the Blueclaws Foundation, and all directors, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and staff for injuries or incidents that may occur during participation, except where covered by applicable insurance. We confirm it is our responsibility to disclose any medical conditions or limitations that could affect participation. By submitting this registration, we consent to receive communications from Blueclaws Baseball and the Blueclaws Foundation, including emails or electronic messages related to team activities, events, and program updates. We also grant permission for Blueclaws Baseball and the Blueclaws Foundation to use photographs or video of our child taken during program activities for promotional, marketing, website, or social media purposes without compensation.
